01-23-2026: Moderni; Sitting at waterfront in heavily forested area, this modern house is one simple rectangluar box with glass facade. The ground floor has a ‘T’ shape enclosed with glass to celebrate a water-front view; and a small square box sits on the seecond floor at the end of the building open to views of roof garden and water-front. The program for the family was compactly contained in square plans.
