Preppy-Meets-Coastal Accents: Incorporating signature tailored patterns, deep blues, and structural palm plants to give a resort-like warmth.
Bold Statement Lighting: Massive, modern white chandeliers and black iron lanterns that bridge old-world European charm with contemporary art gallery aesthetics.
Loggia Entertaining: Outdoor dining areas defined by soaring stone arches, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and minimalist furniture.

Coral Stone: This is the home’s defining material. It forms the grand columns, classical interior arches, entry foyer, and primary living room fireplace; Pecky Cypress Wood: This natural wood features prominently on the heavy, exposed ceiling beams. The Hilfigers intentionally bleached and lightened it during renovation to create a fresher, more modern atmosphere; Mahogany and Cherry Wood: These rich, traditional hardwoods were heavily utilized by the previous owners for millwork and structure. The design team stripped them down or modified them to brighten the spaces; Marble: Classic marble is used throughout the house for various fireplaces, accents, and bathroom vanities; Stucco and Plaster: Authentic to the Mediterranean style, plaster finishes are applied to the exterior facade and interior walls to complement the bright “coral stone ivory” palette…See More!
