02-22-2026: Moderni; The building’s form responds directly to its site and program. Inside, the space is flexible and column-free to accommodate changing needs. The overarching roof has an undulating shape, creating a higher area for sales activities and a lower area for display suites. Outside, the primary façade features a continuous, welcoming porch, taking advantage of its sunny westward orientation. A 60-meter-long canopy undulates in counterpoint to the roof, culminating in a striking cantilever over a southern terrace.
