12-26-2014:MODERNi: Placed in a set of cork tree, the main building of monolithic appearance was built in 2011. It is organized around a courtyard. All the public spaces and the hotel services are focus here. In order to ensure a smaller footprint, the outdoor pool and poolside bar are located on the roof. Its size is attenuated by the use of cork as a cladding. All fifty units of housing are suites. Its deployment scattered over the ground and away from the main building defines the structure of the internal circulation routes.
