PROJECT IDEAS

This modern house has a simple design concep with  linear layout that captures 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mecox Bay.  The scheme is laid out to capture maximum view of the ocean.

  • Linear Shoreline Plan: The home unfolds in a straight line along the site. This layout ensures every main room faces the water.
  • Dual Water Views: Residents can watch sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over Mecox Bay from the same principal rooms.
  • Three-Level Living: The 1.91-acre property spans three floors, all connected by a transparent, three-story glass elevator that keeps ocean views in sight during the ride.
  • Arcadia Glass Walls: Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels dissolve the barrier between indoor living spaces and the outdoor deck.
  • UV and Coastal Glazing: High-performance window systems protect the interior and any displayed art collections from harsh marine sun and salt air.
  • Minimalist Aesthetics: Interiors feature restrained, minimalist bedroom designs contrasted with custom millwork and vibrant tilework in select bathrooms.
  • Oceanfront Pool Deck: An expansive rear deck holds a heated gunite saltwater pool positioned directly toward the ocean.
  • Private Beach Access: A dedicated, private wooden path guides residents straight from the pool patio down to Mecox Beach.
