03-21-2017:MODERNi: Due to a 40% enrollment increase, Walsh College began an ambitious three-phase building program to increase capacity and flexibility at its Troy, Michigan campus. The first phase consists of a two-story 36,000 SF addition that presents a refreshed identity for the campus that houses a new library, lecture hall, classrooms, and seminar rooms.
